The Annenberg Presidential Conference Center is an event facility built to accommodate the George Bush Library Foundation, George Bush Presidential Library, Texas A&M University departments and organizations, and the Texas A&M System. The Facility can host a variety of events such as banquets, lectures, workshops, receptions, performances, etc.
Our available banquet spaces include The Presidential Dining Room, room 1011B, and room 1011C. (Rooms 1011B/1011C can be combined into a larger event space.) Our auditoriums, Hagler and Frymire, can accommodate up to 300 and 600 guests, respectively. Lastly, our lobby can be utilized for conference registration, receptions, small ceremonies, etc. All spaces include optional use of a sound system, projection, podium, tables, and chairs.
